Laguna Beach Dog Park

The Laguna Beach City Dog Park opens every day except Wednesdays, from 6:00 AM until dusk. The city’s dog park is the only place in Laguna Beach where dogs may run off-leash. All other places in the city, including all of the beaches, require dogs to be on a leash at all times. The dog park includes a two-acre fenced area for dogs to run. And, there is a separate area for small breeds to play. Amenities include a doggie drinking fountain and bench seating for humans.

Inclement Weather

The Laguna Beach Dog Park typically closes during and after significant rainfall. The park then stays closed while the grounds remain wet or muddy. The city posts information about weather-related dog park closures. See the City’s home page on the Home Page. Or check the Laguna Beach City Facebook and Twitter feeds.

Park Location

The Laguna Beach City Dog Park is at 20672 Laguna Canyon Road. This is in Laguna Canyon, east of downtown Laguna Beach. Park your vehicle on the street in front of the park.
