After apartment living in Laguna Beach for the last 15 years, a friend recommended me to Marcella to purchase our first home. My wife and I had a laundry list of wants and needs that we thought would be impossible to fulfill on our budget. Marcella took the time to research homes and didn’t waste our time being frivolous in trying to upsell unnecessary wants. She is extremely professional and knows the area very well. She was informative on the school system as our child will be beginning her education and that is very important to my wife and me. She made us feel comfortable and excited about our dream home.
